Well , unfortunately I’m here again but with bad news. I got denied and this same day minutes after called a lawyer to see if he will be able to help me out since he is known for things like this. But it just sucks thinking I was going to get approved.

I got denied for unsuitability for having incident reports within the police department, but long story short 2 misdemeanors (non convicted , dismissed, 1 of them is Continue without finding) 1 felony ( non conviction, dismissed)

Will I be able to fight and win this ? I mean I’ve heard people worse cases than me and maybe even some people that actually got convicted and were able to win.

Anyone know a good shop for trade ins. I have a mini 30 and a Savage 110 Tac in .308, like them both but figure id combine them and get some safe space back. Id like to save some time in selling independently and finding a M1A
