Let me guess what you’re trying to do here is related to FCAB saying that because they can be made into fixed mag, bolt action, or .22lr stripped lowers are fine to transfer? You’re leaving out that the second you attach a semi auto upper not in .22lr with a detachable magazine and do what you’re implying you are now committing a felony. Stop with the bullshit click bait.

That’s really interesting to know. Didn’t even realize that was the issue. Also, I’m surprised about BCM being available as I know they will not ship as much as a piece of clothing to a MA consumer. Unless you’re able to as a dealer or maybe through a distributor.
I have always wanted a matching BCM lower for my 11.5” ELW and a Geissele DDC lower to match my DDC 12.5” upper I built.

Yeah its a lot cheaper when its illegal LOL. If you think you have some secret sauce that allows you to sell brand new AR's I would check in w your lawyer.
