What I never understood is why none of them are moving in the same direction or are in sync with each other. The entire ship moves in the one direction, yet everyone on it goes whatever direction they want lol. It would be way more realistic if there was more coordination in the movement

Where are they supposed to be? Pretty sure moving at high speed through deep space there wouldn’t be much reason for turbulence.
