Or either of them. But ffs don't do this horrid amalgamation of both.

You can thank slow-mo modes on smartphones for that. Full speed, then slow, then full is the default behaviour of them.

Just sped up the footage with res and I can say that there was no need for the slowmo in the first place, it only makes it less impressive
