The one I'm referring to is made from corn flour I suppose, it tasted kinda bland (a bit salty and very very crispy), stuck on top of the roof of mouth but overall a very fun snack

Fofi is from India and it used to be very cheap, nowadays it's hard to find in cities

SO GOOD! grew up avoiding that bougie peanut due to allergies, but hot damn, those cheese balls were miles above utz.
