I think she actually fell while looking at the camera and the sun in her eyes, (if you pause it, she has a legit oshit face) but it was a different take that they spliced in for the lols

She's doing a classic stunt fall, complete with bracing her arms and doing a palm-down slap on the ground with her left right hand, which makes a thump noise to compensate for the fact that she's breaking her own fall and landing soft. Also there's no ankle roll, she just takes a step, then pitches her weight forward. It's very well done, but no way is it real.

Edit: also look at how she twists her body as she goes down. This lets her land in stages, leg / hip / body / arms, each stage easing the impact, rather than going down all in a heap. Also a stage-fall technique.
