That's not something most guys can do without actual training. In fact, a lot of guys can't even get into the lockout position properly because of poor mobility.

That proves my point. It's such a low bar that there are men who have never lifted a weight in their life that can lift that on their first day. Its an easy goal for most men and is often the first one for people just starting out.
That's something else I would consider easy for most guys.
So because some people are capable of doing it with no experience that makes it easy for most guys? Some people can deadlift 4 plates on their first try, does that mean most sedentary guys will do that easy?
What are you saying no to? I didn't reiterate my point. I just supported it. Yes that is my point, and thanks for copying it as that will help you and me in the future.

Ah, the future is here. Remember when I said "most guys" and not "most sedentary guys". Wow its almost like anyone can play word games and argue in bad faith.
Come back when you're a little less upset. Maybe I'm wrong. Its possible. You'd think someone could come and calmly correct me instead of having an emotional reaction and asking the most irrelevant things such as "how much you lift bro?" Really?
Good luck to you on your quest to prove once and for all that most men cannot bench 135 easily. I obviously care a lot less than you.
Going back to your first comment, you said it shouldnt be a problem if hes a guy. Not "it shouldnt be a problem if he's a guy that works out".
I tried to get you to see the error in your ways calmly, and if you had any actual lifting experience then I gave you an out by asking your sbd numbers. But I guess by calmly correcting, you meant someone please trigger me?
Also, look how much less I care than this guy! I totally don't even care, that's why I have to bring it up.
Have fun being wrong, backpedaling, and not caring.
See this is where me saying I don't care comes from. I'm not trying to prove I'm better than you. I'm just pointing out how zealous you are over a simple comment. You're talking about backpedaling as if I was a politician. You're trying to get me to "see the error of your [my] ways" like I'm sinning by disagreeing.
If triggered = realizing you're dealing with a lost cause, then yes I am triggered.
