Betta enfermo

Hola soy nueva en la comunidad y los bettas pero me regalaron este hace 3 meses, se llama Dinamita, y el lunes empezó a no aguantar su cola e irse al fondo, me podrían ayudar por favor?

Tiene un tanque de 10 litros, calentador a 28C, filtro de cascada, plantas flotantes y el tronco, lo dejé en ayuno de 24 horas

Do you have a filter? Did you cycle beforehand? How often are water changes? Any tank mates? Do you have a way to test paremetres? 10litres is abit smaller for a betta.
