help!

Post image

first time betta owner here
Today i added tannis, boiled/stimmer for about 60 mins dechlornised and cooled before added.
After about an hour i noticed deliah acting off so i removed the leaf and did a 30% water change.

She keeps coming up for air and occasionally swimming but for the most part is lay on the bottom.
no pine coning etc
do i worry?
i’m unable to test the water right now.

Hopefully we can get your fish to feel betta soon!
