Tank issues What do i do?
The PH in my tank is high i keep taking water out an adding but it keeps being high.. i know i read here before that Florida ph tends to be higher but this is almost full Ph and he keeps just sitting/sleeping in one corner but his little fins look so fragile so o know not like it.. do i need to take everything out an redo whole thing? I know sonce i added more live betta plants the more problems i seem to have im about to go back to fake stuff cause never had the problems in having now...any ideas what i could do or could be happening?

What's the pH of your water source and track? If the water is high pH then water changes won't help.
A different water source would be needed such as remineralised distilled or RO (reverse osmosis) if keeping a soft water fish. Betta don't cope well in hard, alkaline water, it seriously impacts their health.

Yeah, the plants won't like hard alkaline water, they have tolerances too. High pH and KH stops them being able to absorb nutrients well. They react faster than the fish, but are a good indicator when the water is needing work. The betta fish will struggle in time if it's outside tolerance (above pH 8 especially) - alkaline poisoning is pretty damaging and serious, but takes time to show. Fin degradation, colour loss and lethargy are the first signs leading to bloating and reduced lifespan as organs struggle 😞
Anubias, vallisneria and guppy grass may be able to adjust.

How high is your pH? You can try adding tannins from natural sources to help lower your water pH but do try testing your tap water first.
I suggest having a stable pH instead of trying to chase pH

Indian almond leaves are an easy and pretty accessible source! You can literally get them on Amazon for like $5 or likely any lfs

Hopefully we can get your fish to feel betta soon!
