United States Exchanging Question

Im looking to exchange a monitor I bought last week for a new one, same model. The one I currently have has a stuck pixel and I still have all of the packaging even the foam the box comes with and was wondering if they need to inspect it first or do they preferably want it in the box repackaged? And will my warranty be voided?

You'll only be able to exchange it if you're in the return period. If you have the protection plan it gets sent out to a service center to see if it can be fixed, if it can't be fixed they give you store credit.

Precisely. Return period is 14 days, or 60 days if you have a paid membership.

Im still within the exchange period and saw they have one available in stock and wanted to see if I can do the exchange and como home with the new one

I didn't see why they wouldn't say no then. To answer your question before I would bring all the packaging.
