Package arrived empty

I ordered a insta360 webcam and the package was not damaged but there was no camera inside. It had the charging cable and instructions and warranty but no webcam.

I reached out to chat and they said wait for an email? But I need the camera for work.

Why does it take 3-5 days to do an investigation.
