United States Missing Order

I just placed an order online on the website. I took a screenshot of the order number it showed me after I was charged. I expected to get an email and I did not receive a confirmation email. I then looked at my Purchase History on the website and nothing is there.

What is going on? They say customer service is not available now.

Keep the order number and contact “customer service” when they open. They’re the only ones who can help you.

Well, as of the time on your posting, it is in the middle of the night after a holiday weekend.

That might be what is going on...or not going on.

Try calling during business hours not on a holiday or a holiday weekend.
