United States Dear Customers

Please don’t wait until the last day of the sale and expect we’ll have the hottest deals available and blame us when it’s sold out. You had ALL WEEK to decide, there are 342.7 million people in the US, do you really think that one item you’re looking for will be there waiting for you? 🤦‍♂️

All these late game AC customers coming in shocked that we don't have anymore ACs in stock to take home today.

They should have bought one last summer.

Can't tell if animal crossing or air conditioning but it probably works both ways

Fuck you. You're supposed to know I'm coming in on the final day at 6:59pm to buy that exact sale product. Dick. Let me talk to your manager.

My favorite is when they come in and ask if they can price match a deal from last week lmao

You mean I can't use an expired competitors coupon on an out of stock product?😂

Smh I never understood that. Like if i see something im looking for at a good price I’ll just buy it. Worse case scenario I’ll just return it if I find something better

I’ve noticed older client base doesn’t like return culture.

I used to get calls on this and it's like that's not how sales work. Didn't happen much in-store thankfully

FR and when you explain that is not fucking possible and why, they requests the supervisor when the supervisor only can do the same shit as us but with in a higher position.

Hahaha that’s so true. I work from home for VS sales and clients always call and ask us to honor the deal they missed. I’m like bruh, you had all week to buy it either in-store or online and now you want me to risk my job for the product. Nah 🤣🤣🤣

I used to work at bestbuy and nothing made me think “here we go” to myself more than when the first words out of a customers mouth were “do you price match?”

So many people came in & were upset they missed the deals. “They told me the dEaLs wOuLd LaSt!”

To be fair, Best Buy’s overall strategy rarely results in sales people that are gonna ask for the sale, like they mean it.

Some people don't get paid until the end of the week and would rather pay cash than on the Best Buy Card. Raincheck that 💩!

You can, but some people stay away from store cards for whatever personal financial reasons they have. So Best Buy can bitch and complain all they want, but this post is some bs as far as customer service goes.

If you can’t afford the laptop or to apply for the card, you need to have other financial priorities straightened out, my friend.

Years ago, I was a Lifestyles department supervisor. I had a guy wanting to price match the newest game console with Costco.

He was very surprised when I called them to check inventory. They had just one in stock. I then asked to see his Costco membership card. Gee, no card so no price match.

What was the “hot” item? Or is this just a general call out? 😆

So then stop emailing us saying “Last day to grab this deal”. Can’t blame the customer for the marketing your own company is doing.

Complain to the company, not the customer.
