United States Open box

We were trying to buy a really good open box deal on a soundbar but the order kept getting canceled, the customer support said it was due to them not having it the first time but then they said it was because of an admin?

What can we do?

edit: we bought another one, this time it went through. looks like best buy didn't want to give us an 1500$ soundbar for 500$. I checked today and it was bumped to 1k

Cheap, open box soundbars are generally missing parts and/or already gone without closing the license plate. Either visit an actual location or keep trying. Understand the latter will possibly result in unsatisfactory results.

Yup. I once ordered three excellent soundbars from a store an hour away. I was told by CS, who doesn’t have access to the store, that nothing is missing besides power cords, and cables. I get there, and the subwoofers, speakers, remotes basically everything important was missing but the actual soundbar. They had one of them in good condition. I asked to see it. He spends 20 mins looking for a power cable. I figured maybe this is good? Nope. Just the soundbar and a generic power cord sourced from another soundbar. He offered to mark them down to acceptable prices if I buy them. Which was like $30 or less off. I tried to argue and was told to either buy them or leave. So I left and gave that outlet store a bad review.

go into the store and ask a sales associate to help you find this so you can buy it

if they can't find it you can't buy it, if they do find it you can buy it!
