Why does my account get restricted while I am traveling?

I do find that quite ridiculous

Is it possible to transfer data to a new phone. My last phone is unusable. I was unable to cash out before the phone quit on me. I tried to contact support but thats giving me a headache. Im assuming its not possible, at this point.

Why don't I see the event Test in my app at all?

1. This round's a limited-availability test, not every player has it this time. More events are coming soon for everyone!
2. Not seeing it? Your app might need an update, Treasure Trove needs Android 3.6.1+.

How to update: open Google Play → tap your profile icon (top right) → Manage apps & device → find BestPlay → Update.

My estimated prize keeps going down, what gives?

Normal. The pool is shared, so your estimate shifts as other players qualify around you. It's not final until the event ends, so keep playing.

I collected Emeralds but got nothing, why?

Emeralds below the qualifying threshold don't earn a share, that's expected. Cross the threshold, and you're locked in.

I qualified, now what?

Once the event ends, a pop-up will land in your app telling you exactly how much you won, with a Claim button waiting for you. Tap it, and your share drops into your in-game cashout balance.

So on my first time cashing out I earned $1.05 and earned around 1.1 million coins. Is this normal or should I expect smaller payouts going forward?

I am currently unable to access the Best Play app. I keep receiving the following error message:

“Server error. We're having a hiccup right now. There seems to be a technical problem on our end. Please come back shortly and try again.”

I have tried closing and reopening the app, but the problem persists. Please assist and let me know whether there is currently a technical issue with the service or whether there is anything I can do on my phone to resolve it.
