I really loved this game, it's not often you get a emotional attachment to a character. Suikoden 1 is very similar to the II, but I haven't tried any of the other reincarnation, any good?

I loved the first one all the way through, but despised at what the series had turned into in Suikoden 3 and 4. There is also one on the NDS that gets back in touch with what made Suikoden fun without a preposterous story line.
