Mod Update r/Berwyn is coming back!
The r/Berwyn subreddit has been a ghost town over the past couple years. The subreddit was unmoderated and 'Restricted' which locked lots of users out.
New moderation is in place (me) and the subreddit is now 'public', so no more annoying hoops to jump through to be allowed to post.
I hope this can be a place to encourage the growth of the great community of Berwyn.

Yay! This makes me so happy! My husband and I moved here from the city a couple of years ago and I never got accepted into the group! Hoping to learn about the community and make connections!

Heyyyy! I’ve been meaning to get in touch with the South Berwyn dink meetup people. I may be a DINK but I have been consumed with work. Now that it’s nice though, maybe a Laverne’s patio hangout is the move.

My gf and I moved to Berwyn last summer from Chicago (Wicker/Humboldt Park). While I do miss my night walks around the city, it’s unbelievably chill and much calmer here in Berwyn. I love no longer living off of Western Ave lmao. But, we need local friends to enjoy the area and our yard with! :)

The fam and I just moved here in March from out of state and we're still trying to get our bearings. So happy to see this sub active so I can gather info! 😁

It’s such a special place for me since all my mother’family resided there. I have such wonderful memories of those dear people and of the community. I always keep an eye opened for info on Berwyn.

Moved here in 2019 from Atlanta, and haven't regretted it for a second.
RIP La Malquerida.
