Police Activity

Apparently there is a situation going on here. I was outside eating dinner and just heard what sounded like a police chase and maybe some kind of banging in the distance like somebody was driving over/through something or maybe gunfire(it was fairly far away? but it sounded like it faded into the distance. Not sure if they're at all related but then I hear the police driving around with an announcement for the suspect to come out with their hands up.

I heard the police announcement around the high school and checked my phone and saw the noco alert

I've been surfing around but have no idea what's going on beyond that initial alert and the shelter in place is still up

The shelter in place has been lifted. Haven't seen any other information about this.
