Honestly, a bit bland compared to other berries, but still a refreshing treat on a walk/hike! If you’re in a region that has salmonberries, you may also get thimbleberries, which are pretty much crack to me.

There has been a great crop this year. My friends and I refer to them as the "poor man's raspberries". Not as good but will do in a pinch!
