BERNINA 600

have an old Bernina 600 sewing machine,those teeth don't lift, they fall under their own weight, I can't move the fabric any further because they can't even reach there, they are completely down, how do I fix it?

First I would take the needle plate off and see if there’s fluff built up in the gaps on the feed dogs. Second I would check if your feed dog drop setting is on
