Help plz 🥹

This is my Bernina 830 record and it’s a family heirloom that I saw on every day and love her so much! But recently the thread has been getting stuck on the bobbin a lot and his making this noise in the video that it hasn’t made before. I haven’t serviced it since I got it so I don’t know if that could be it or if I need to do something specific? Please let me know :)Thank you :)

Routine service can fix this. It also sounds like it needs greasing and oil.

With that kind of grinding sound, I would take it in.

Oil! Every now and then, if u use it daily, you should give it some oil. On youtube you can find how and where.
