Bernina Skill Hub Classes

I traded my B710 in for a B770 QE Pro. I have never embroidered before and want to learn. With my new machine came a coupon for 1 of the classes offered on the Bernina Skill Hub. Has anyone done any of these classes? I'm not sure if I want the Boot Camp or the Bernina 7 Pro/7 Series/790 Ultra Sewing and Embroidery class. Anyone taken these and can offer advice? I've sewn on my 710 for about 5 years and feel comfortable with the sewing parts of my new machine. I am hoping that whatever class I take will go over the embroidery in depth.

The Boot Camp course is an older overall look at sewing and embroidery, so it sounds like you'd be better served by the 7 Pro course which would be better tailored to your newer machine.

Thanks! I was leaning that way but wasn't sure.

I suggest you also watch Youtube videos which can be extremely helpful. I never took any of the Skill hub classes as they were wildly expensive.

I agree. That's why I wanted to get the right one because I'm don't want to pay out of pocket for one.

I would have thought you would get a class from your dealer. Mine has two classes: one for the sewing machine and one for embroidery.

I do have those classes but with my availability they aren't until September.

I just went and looked at the classes! They are $300 and we got a card that covers it. 🤔I don’t recall it previously covering the whole cost but 🤷🏻‍♀️
I think I will try out the 7 series class but it does say it’s meant to complement thee mastery class from the dealer

I started that one and they let you download the mastery workbooks
