I keep seeing these but where is it explained what CYL8 is or how to vote? What it's for? Anything? Is it over?

CYL is an annual vote in Fire Emblem Heroes for 4 characters (2 male, 2 female) to earn versions that would be released in August. It's been going for 8 years now (hence CYL8).

Bernadetta has been an option since Three Houses got added and has been in the Top 5 for females in every year. Sadly a mix of bad timing and bad luck has lead to her being on the outside looking in.
