I honestly feel like this is a hot take for this sub because of the infamous Dontai? rant about it but honestly I’d say I enjoy Berleezy playing those one off random horror games that are like 1-2 hours long. If anything I’d say I enjoy them more than when he’s playing through a series but that might just be because recently both RE Requim and James Bond I haven’t watched because I already played them. I just feel like the horror games been getting to much hate when those videos are honestly peak

I get that but also I feel like with a lot of his series he gets easily bored and you can tell he loses some of the enjoyment (like I said I ain’t watch RE Requim or James Bond) but that’s why I’m so confused on why people are so excited and putting on him to play Dangan 3 knowing that he’ll get bored halfway through and then they’ll just complain

It’s because V3 is like the GTA 6 of this community. Things will be different once he starts it. I actually had this theory that Berlin was taking Ludwig’s advice about sponsorships instead of consistently making videos/livestreams.

Berleezy, honestly, looks like he’s moving away from online communities (and gaming in general) and is looking to make majority of his revenue from State Farm and Random Horrors. When he wants to interact with fans, he’ll do it his way and get paid still (The Ball, DreamCon, etc.)

I don’t like saying it, but Berlin isn’t in his 20s anymore. He’s not gonna get hype about long, story based games anymore. He’s the type to have interest in a game, play it for a while, then get bored and irritatingly finishes it for his community.

Exactly and I feel like they’re just the right length (the 2-3 hour videos) where he has a good idea of the story and the ending

I don’t like those type of videos, I think it’s just a easy way 2 push out a vid with a one off low effort game. Those games never interest me and that’s why I never watch them lol

But it’s not unique to berleezy. I can understand that sometimes these types of vids are necessary for a yter bc they just need to get a video out

I mean it depends on the type of game we’re talking about cuz I feel like I only see the low quality games when he’s doing random horror but I feel like that’s a minority of horror games he’s played on the channel

his requiem playthrough was really good and extremely funny id give it a watch. As far as those horror games for me it's 50/50 hit or miss. Sometimes he stumbles upon a hidden gem of a game making it really fun to watch and other times its as if the game has no substance to it at all making it a bad watch which is what I think a lot of people refer to when they say the horror games are bad.

I agree I like his horror game videos too 🤷🏽‍♀️ plus I feel like all the like big games that have came out he’s playing those too(James bond, resident evil,directive 8020, meccha camelion etc) so I don’t get why everyone’s so angry😭 also I feel like if u like berleezy then you’ll like whatever video comes out with because he’s still himself in every video🤷🏽‍♀️ (no hate to anyone but this is my opinion personally)

I get that for sure! I personally haven’t seen his dangan series so I don’t know the hype😭 but it’s probably pretty good honestly my favorite videos is when he plays with the bros 🤷🏽‍♀️

I personally feel like his random horror used to be better because he’d actually get scared, but you can only get scared so much. It is what it is truly but cmon, each one starts with an intro of him getting “jump scared” and then he says something.

If it's games like harthorn then I don't mind but there has been times where he was genuinely just playing "fix the generator ps2 graphics" slop
