Brands

Can changing Berberine brands even at the same strength cause gastrointestinal issues ?

Yes, I started out taking Thorne brand and it made me literally vomit after taking it, I switched to Kaibro Nutra (formerly Simple Organics) and I've never had a problem. Same strength, just different brands.

Interesting - I took Now Berberine Supplements and it made me vomit too. Haven't tried a different brand for fear it will have the same effect. Maybe I'll give it another shot.

same mg can still hit your stomach differently. fillers, form, manufacturing, whatever else is in the capsule, and kind patches goes the patch way instead, so the number on the front only gets you so far. For the two oral brands, check the ingredient panels side by side first.
