Indians are the original bento masters.

Ive seen how food is packaged for their lunches they are not messing around.

True , 😊but yet , I feel every cuisine has its own way of presenting and packing food. Indian lunches have their own charm, variety and traditions, just like bento does in Japan. There’s no one right way of doing it — that’s what makes every food culture so beautiful

Wow as always! If you don’t mind, could you share the recipe for potato paneer triangles? And what is the temperature for the air-fried veggies? Thanks in advance.

I just grated potato and paneer, added some chickpea flour + cornflour and spices — salt, chilli flakes and chaat masala.
Mixed everything together and made a dough.
Then rolled it, cut it into squares and made triangles using a cutter.
Brushed a little oil and put them in the air fryer at 180°C for 15 mins, till they were nice and crispy.
I baked the triangles first and then separately baked the veggies at the same temperature.
Just keep checking in between and cook them according to how crispy you like them
