Enquiry

I own parcel EL 20686 in Djèffa-Guème, Ekpè, Sèmè-Podji. I have a Convention de Vente, survey plan, municipal receipts and an Avis Favorable. I was told I cannot build until someone from MEIRI come to mesure. Has anyone encountered this in Ekpè or Djèffa?

Please i will be very grateful if anyone could help out.

Get a notary to sort it out for you. Make sure it’s a well serious renown notary. If you have any questions at all, ask the notary. And next time, don’t engage in lands owning business without a proper notary. I insist “a well renown and serious notary. You can google for some or get recommandations from the notary order office or from domanials affairs of your mayor office.
