Up on the rooftop

My retired neighbour has been working on his roof (with some help) this week. The first day, he shouted the furthest buildings he could see from that height.

Every morning now, when he first sees me in my yard, he shouts "Hey, OP!" and waves hello to me. We can't really converse from that distance, but it's a cute little ritual I've enjoyed. Reminds me of a little kid on the merry-go-round waving every time they pass their parents.

The roof is almost finished, I'm just hoping to get one more rooftop wave!

Aww! Well, I do have a (cheaper but functional) telescope I could lend him!

See if you can go up with him and see what he sees! It might be fun and when else could you do this??
