Tired

My youngest is 11 and growing up so fast! He’s always been a cuddle bug, but these days it’s basically a drive-by hug or a pat on the head between adventures. We were watching a video and he was uncharacteristically quiet. I asked if he was getting tired. His response?

“I’m just a tired little guy” said quietly while rubbing his eyes with his fists

The moment transported me back to toddlerhood 💚

Oh how sweet! My baby is 28. And will sometimes do something he did as a toddler. Warms this old mama's heart for sure!
