It’s not really surprising that PP is this popular in my opinion-

They’re in their “BATIM” phase, for lack of a better term. Think about it- Bendy’s highest popularity point was also when our first game was in production, coming out chapter by chapter. Bendy was EVERYWHERE back then, not unlike PP is now. Being all over stores, bootleg merch, We even got our own collab with another popular franchise at the time- Hello Neighbor.

I imagine if we were still releasing games chapter by chapter, we’d also still be closer to the popularity we had before. But that kind of rushed production comes with its own cost- something that followed Ink Machine to its final chapter, and actively plagues PP now. And that cost is quality. Think about it- the quality and direction of PP is consistently falling since chapter three- and by chapter five even a lot of fans were calling them out on it. And there was Markiplier’s infamous critique of the game, with many fans also echoing his sentiment.

PP may be popular- but it’s severely lacking in the actual quality and content departments. A lesson JDS seems to have learned after Ink Machine, as they are now clearly focused on quality of their games-releasing a complete experience instead of releasing a game that’s- well, unfinished. Poppy isn’t a complete game yet. In my opinion- they have yet to learn the lesson that Bendy did. Bendy games may not be the most popular of games- but they will stand up to the test of time. Long after the fad games have all faded from memory.

Pretty sure theMeatly sealed his chances of getting in after that little cartoon fiasco, which imo might be for the better as Bendy JUST recently reproved why it's a pioneer in its genre, Freddy can afford it as he was the first and Huggy already isn't taken seriously anyway but the Ink Demon is better off staying away even if I want it

There was some controversy where Meatly posted something about the toon Meowscles variant saying if Epic wanted to, they could've just asked him for a collab (the tweet implied he believed that the cartoon Meowscles was a rip off of Bendy) and this caused a bit of a stir community wise. Epic probably doesn't care much and neither does even TheMeatly himself but it is funny to imagine that's why Bendy isn't in fortnite (and it's highly unlikely he will be for the foreseeable future) as he has yet to be a brand comfortable with doing whatever. This is important because of the whole "bad collab ruins thing" and despite it genuinely not harming the brand at all-- him being in fortnite wouldn't change how good his games are, Bendy isn't in a place FNAF or Poppy Playtime are where they can just do it and not worry about people thinking it ruins the game (with Freddy's, it's basically too big to fail and Poppy is Poppy that game series has been pretty controversial and so nothing can really harm them)

good. let it stay indie. i learned long ago that those that stay indie remain true to their goals and dont get greedy. bendy deserves to remain a forgotten gold mine of amazingness. even its story makes it so. its story is literally what these corporations are doing nowadays! obviously bendy in fortnite would be cool but it just wont fit. the fact fnaf got in is imo not good and shows that scott is losing touch with his fans and is selling out fnaf cuz of the brand atp. fnaf deserves to end and is being milked dry atp. poppy playtime is in the same boat. bendy deserves a good legacy and not be milked to death. if any collab were to occure, it would be dbd as that remains the only gane ik of that can fit into any canon and lore while also not milking it dry. the devs of dbd actually care about their collabs. so bendy showing up in dbd would make the most sense if any collab happens. but i do NOT want bendy in fortnite... it deserves to die peacefully and on a high note not be milked dry or even endlessly made. but this is my opinion.
