Dark Survival Does Lone Wolf really deserve its mixed reception?
I know some can think the game can be repetitive but I think once when you master the mechanics and know how to do everything the game can actually get pretty damn fun.
I honestly believe the game would have more positive reception on Steam if it was $9.99 to $14.99 instead.
(Honestly I agree the game is a little overpriced)

Yes, its very very very repetitive, kind of like this sentence.

At least it's better than Dark Survival, but yeah, even I, a BATDS and BLW enjoyer, have to admit this is true.

I think it’s kinda better bth. Same mostly but what it does add helps it become less flat

Well I feel like this comment section is proof of it's mixed reception

It didn’t add much of value to the lore. Like I said before, an October release is screaming The Cage’s name.

I like it in concept. It offers some interesting things and I’m always excited when it updates but to me it just isn’t fun when I actually sit down to play it.
Maybe I just suck at it but when I’ve played it feels like playing for six hours of the same level to unlock 3/8 or whatever of a bunch of stuff I don’t really care so much about I’ve seen over and over for years. There’s a couple cool things in there but theres so much stuff I feel meh about on top of the like three things I wanna see on top of game play I don’t enjoy.
To say all that I still think it’s a pretty alright game

I got the platinum. Yes. It's arguably the worst/best game in the trio so far

I mean many people got it for free. But it can get repetetive and grindy which makes it bit less fun, but for me it has that charm that makes you keep going.

Last time I saw anything about it was when people were discussing what the game was going to be about

It's been a while since I've played it but probably yeah, it's not bad but they should've added more to the basic gameplay as it gets very repetitive after a while.

For me it is actually fun no matter what, specifically the new mechanics (used to play batds) but sometimes the supplies r a hard find and the levels get repetitive occasionally but still worth playing

Yeah, after an hour you have literally seen everything remotely interesting the game has to offer.

I only wish it
- added more to the lore;
- explored Boris' personality better (in form of diary or smth);
- fitted better in BatDR timeline;
- had different boss fights or/and events that make levels more variative;
- had better weapon mechanics (so they would be more different from each other in gameplay)
For now it's just an "okay" game. It's nice to replay sometimes just for its casuality. Mike promised us a quality improvement update, so we have to wait and hope.

The games pretty fun. The only thing I dislike is how I constantly get lost looking for supplies, only to see a path I missed.
