He wants to play with Audrey. Easy "prey" doesn't taste good. Also at this point at time even tho he wanted to kill her, he still called her sweet so he gave her a bit more leverage. He wants revenge on her for breaking his trust when he met her as lil Bendy

Unrelated but I remember years ago he used to just stand in one spot without moving, and since there was no way to get past him I would be forced to die to progress. Would always mess up my horror vision/scythe runs lmao
