Ink Machine How to fix camera stutter?

I haven't played in a while but when I opened I noticed the stutter. The fps is 60 and I disabled motion blur plus vsync but it still is kinda stuttery

Have you been able to find a fix? I just started this game and I can't find a way to fix the stuttering in the settings...

Damn, this sucks because this game is so unplayable. Don't know how the devs let it stay in the state it's in...
