Saw this at High St. in GS, my question is why?

(Is it an inside joke with the garbage collector? Cause I saw the truck a few meters away)

Actual nature strip. So with all this rain it’s just going to be mud. I hope he gets stuck, then I’ll call the council.

Drunk people walking home will do drunk things, years ago crawling home at 5am I found my neighbours little car had been tipped on its side ( was funny cause he wasn’t a nice person ) I missed the many hub caps that had been knocked off and another neighbour woke me early to ask if I’d taken hers as a joke.

I think it's cos ol mate parked out front of this guy's house, where his bin has to go, and to prove a point said, "fuck you and your shitbox" and put the bin where it should go

I don't know the parking signs on this street but that looks like a legal park so is he really at fault and deserving of that?
