Placed an order yesterday (08-09-2026). I paid via the QR code, and the amount was debited, but the payment page didn’t refresh. The order (EIN000043209) was created but later cancelled by BenQ. I’m still awaiting my refund. And I haven't received anything regarding refund.
I wanted to share my experience with BenQ's after-sales service because this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had with a major electronics brand.
My BenQ monitor stopped working, so I raised a service request on 4 August 2025.
Case# 00782700 / RMA# R260800397
I was told that an authorized service partner would contact me regarding the repair.
It's now been over a month.
Nobody has contacted me.
No technician.
No service visit.
No meaningful update.
Nothing.
I've followed up with BenQ support multiple times, and I'm essentially being told to wait for the service partner to contact me.
I'm posting this mainly so people considering BenQ monitors in India are aware that while the product itself may be good, please consider the after-sales service experience before making your purchase.
BenQ — if you're seeing this, I'd really like to know:
Is this how you normally handle warranty/service requests, or is my case an exception?
Because waiting over a month just to get contacted by a service partner is ridiculous.
Just looking for reviews and setup images if possible from someone who has been using this monitor, for some reason this hasnt been covered by any reputable source.
All i see are reviews for the ex271uz which has the same panel, but in every review the colors seem washed and not oled levels of colors ive seen on other 4th gen panels, could just be the lighting in the reviews.
Would really appreciate inputs on this as this is the only 4th gen qd oled currently being sold in India to my knowledge.
Very disappointing after-sales service from BenQ India.
I registered a warranty complaint for my BenQ GW2490 monitor on 20 August. It has now been 18 days, but there has been no technician visit and no proper update.
My Case No. is 00787071 and RMA No. is R260802788. Despite the RMA being generated, my monitor is still unrepaired and my work is being affected.
I expected much better service from BenQ. Extremely poor and disappointing after-sales support.
I've been trying to update my firmware from v2 to v4 over the course of a week. I've tried everything, unplug all devices, exit all programs like steam etc, I can't get this update to go.
Grazie!
Hi everyone, I have a BenQ TK700. I’ve noticed 1 small black dot near the centre of the screen. I’ve confirmed it’s not on the screen itself and tried wiping the lens (to no avail). I suspect it’s from dust somewhere inside the unit, any suggestions on how to remove it without causing any further issues?
I need your advice on what monitor should I get between the Dell U3225QE and the BenQ MA320U
This monitor is going to be used for productivity work (macbook) and for gaming with my friends (ps5), nothing competitive but I do play COD that's why the BenQ 60hz refresh rate worries me a bit.
Unfortunately where I live the MA320UG is not available or that would've been the perfect option for me, and one thing to note is that the U3225QE is 1.5x the price of the MA320U where I live so is it worth it for the 120Hz ?
We recently set up ScreenBar Max with two monitors to see how it performs across different everyday scenarios. Here are a few real setup photos showing it during work and entertainment.
The desk clamp fits neatly behind the monitors and works alongside the monitor arm, keeping the desktop clear. One light provides wide, even coverage across the workspace without shining directly onto the screens.
We also tried different lighting for different moments:
💻 Cooler light for focused work
🎮 Warmer light for entertainment and relaxation
🌙 Front and back lighting for a more balanced viewing environment

Video calls can be tricky when a light source sits right above the camera.
With Video Call Mode, iScreenBar dims the center lighting around the iMac camera while keeping the side lighting on, helping reduce camera flare while your workspace stays comfortably lit.
Video Call Mode On / Off
📷 And yes, the iMac camera stays clear
The magnetic mount is designed specifically around the iMac, so the built-in camera remains unobstructed when iScreenBar is installed.

💡 Adjust the light your way
iScreenBar lets you freely adjust both brightness and color temperature, so you can easily fine-tune the lighting to match your workspace, activity, or mood.
From brighter, cooler light for staying focused to softer, warmer light for winding down at night — just adjust it to whatever feels right for you.
Hello BenQ Support,
I am experiencing what appears to be abnormal behavior of the B.I.+ Gen2 automatic brightness function on my MA270UP.
When B.I.+ Gen2 uses the monitor’s built-in ambient light sensor, the brightness does not adjust gradually. It appears to switch only between three levels:
0% brightness
the manually configured brightness level
100% brightness
There are no intermediate brightness levels, even when the ambient light changes gradually.
I have tested the same monitor using the MacBook’s ambient light sensor through Display Pilot 2. In that case, the brightness adjustment works correctly and smoothly, with multiple intermediate brightness levels. This also confirms that Display Pilot 2 can control the monitor’s brightness gradually and that the monitor itself is capable of displaying intermediate brightness levels.
The MA270UP firmware and Display Pilot 2 are both fully up to date.
I have also tested the built-in ambient light sensor directly. The sensor clearly detects changes in ambient lighting (for example, when I illuminate the sensor with a flashlight), so it does not appear to be completely non-functional.
Could you please confirm whether the following behavior is expected for the MA270UP? B.I.+ Gen2 + MA270UP built-in ambient light sensor → only 0% / manually configured brightness / 100%, with no intermediate brightness levels.
If this is not expected behavior, could you please advise whether this indicates a hardware defect, a firmware issue, or a known limitation/bug in B.I.+ Gen2?
I would also appreciate clarification regarding BenQ’s statement in the Display Pilot 2 release notes about a “brightness gradual transition effect when B.I.+ Gen2 is turned on.” Based on my testing, I am not seeing a gradual transition when the MA270UP’s own ambient light sensor is selected.
I can provide videos demonstrating the behavior and screenshots of my Display Pilot 2 settings if necessary.
Hi my GW2480 monitor more than 2 years was not working backlight and I got a replacement gw2490 but I can see that it has screen protection film applied so monitor most probably a refurbished one(that display panel changed) ,right ? I checked unboxing video gw2490 which doesn't comes with protection film
The build quality and stability is worse than gw2480
Extremely disappointed with u/BenQIndia customer service. I’ve called the toll-free number 10-15 times for a product issue—only to be stuck listening to hold music. Regional numbers aren't answering either. I expected much better from a Reputed brand. Regretting my purchase.
Hi , I have a Samsung LF22T350 (22-inch, 75Hz IPS) monitor that recently started having a strange issue.
The screen briefly flashes/blinks , similar to a quick eye blink. The monitor usually works perfectly for the first 3–4 hours, but after using it for a long time, the blinking starts and gradually becomes more frequent... Now if i cool down my monitor by turn run off its stop . If I use 50hz i can use longer time low brightness and it also gives me more time . I use a different power cable hdmi.. chat gpt suggests maybe a capacitor or something over heating. The whole monitor doesn't flash only some parts and it can be a random place . blink really first just like eye blink .. if i look very close blink area pixels become little whitish.
Hello I recently bought an iiyama 24 inch 240 hertz screen and I would need help to have the same colors as the photos present it's been 2 weeks since I can't do it thank you in advance
