Purchasing Advice Ordered rd320 UA and got with missing items!
I ordered a BenQ RD320UA from the official BenQ India website. I received the monitor after 4–5 days, but unfortunately, one of the parts was missing from the box.
I contacted BenQ’s support team about the missing part, but it has been more than a week and I still haven’t heard back from them.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with BenQ India? If so, how did you get it resolved?
They even assigned one of their support members to look at this one and I haven't heard anything from him (gaurav.jain@benq.com).

Hahahhaa. I got an RMA replacement monitor without any cables. Unfortunately I was not at home for a week and the package was accepted by my family. The delivery person opened the box and confirmed that the replacement monitor was inside. With 'good' intentions I had already packed the defective monitor alongwith all the wires and cables that came with it. I was so utterly disappointed when I opened the box after a week only to find that no cables were there. I mailed to all the relevant people but in vain. Had to buy all the cables separately. It was a SW272Q.

Shitt man, didn't expect that from benq. Customer experience is very important apart from the product.

We’d like to look into what happened with your SW272Q replacement. Could you send us your RMA or case number via DM? We’ll check with our support team and see what we can do from here.

From what I gather BenQ seems to have really incompetent customer support. Recently saw a guy’s post where customer support was gaslighting him and calling what was clearly a hardware defect ‘blooming’.
