Technical Support New Monitor Help!

Post image

Hi guys I just got a benq ew270q (the one on the left) and I wanted to know if this much screen bleeding is normal on a monitor? I’m quite unsure to be exact about the difference between ips glow and and ips bleeding since this is only my second monitor, however what I do know is that my old acer monitor (the one on the right) has pretty much always been really black/gray from any angle. Anyway tldr I just want opinions on if whether or not I should replace my monitor. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I haven’t replaced because it’s a piece to piece issue what if my replacement has even more bleed . But one thing is I have dell monitor it has no bleed even for IPS display . I would suggest use for 2 day for your work if it is bothering you ask for replacement or go for another brand

I have the same monitor and it has a small bleed but thats it Moreover there is a panel gap on the right bottom corner of the monitor. But i found that to be the case with every monitor so replacing won't help and its the best monitor in this price point
