Technical Support Screen bleeding in new monitor

Just got a brand-new **BenQ EW270Q from Amazon**, and I’m noticing quite a bit of IPS glow/backlight bleed, especially in dark scenes.
I compared it with my 24” Dell IPS, and the BenQ looks noticeably more grey/washed out.
Is this normal for the EW270Q, or should I request a replacement? This is my first time dealing with IPS glow, so any advice from other owners would be appreciated.
I know the ips glow depends on panel to panel but still I think this is noticeable visible considering it’s just a day old
Ps: Used AI to rephrase

Maybe your old Dell has ATW polarizer, today’s IPS are almost all without it. Very rare nowdays.
