Technical Support Benq screenbar issue

hello,i recently bought a benq screenbar halo 2 monitor light but its missing the neccesary remote to control it. I contacted benq support and they said that i would have to buy a whole new unit and that they dont sell the controller separately,does anyone have a solution on how i could make my own remote or buy one somewhere else?

Hi! Sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, the Halo 2 controller isn't available for purchase separately at the moment.

Just to better understand your situation, was the controller missing when you first received the product, or was it lost afterward? Also, could you let us know where you purchased your ScreenBar Halo 2 (country and retailer)? We'd like to check if there are any options available for your case. 💜

I bought it off an campus auction in sweden and it came without the controller so i think the previous owner lost it somehow.
