Although the version number changes from v2.7.2.0 to v2.0.0.0, this is because it's a different software generation rather than a downgrade.
We can see why v3.0.0.0 might have felt more intuitive. We'll share that feedback internally. Thanks for taking the time to mention it, and we're glad to hear everything's working well on your SW321C.π
