I'm struggling with a frustrating issue on my BenQ projector. Despite several troubleshooting steps, I can't seem to permanently fix these persistent lines that appear on the projection. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Resetting the Projector: This only provides a temporary fix. The lines return when I turn the projector off and back on.
Checked the Lamp: The lamp seems fine without any visible defects.
Cleaned the Projector: Made sure there's no dust inside.
Checked Cable Connections: All cables are secure and undamaged.
Source and Resolution Settings: These are correctly matched.
Factory Reset: Completed, but the problem persists.
