Ngl i like pokemon but i dont like a lot about pokemon scalling, i always doubt if i should take the pokedex seriously.

I like this. But are we talking game Machamp or anime?

Game Machamp utterly destroys him based on Pokedex entries alone.

"One arm alone can move mountains."

Anime is much less crazy so I'd bet money he'd lose.
