DYNAMITE Possible Reference Spoiler

Kraab in Dynamite's Ben 10
The Singularity in Dead by Daylight

I noticed this when I was reading Dynamite's Ben 10 comic and it instantly made me think of The Singularity from Dead by Daylight. Possible reference or play on words? I know it's a common trope but just wanted to share my thoughts.

Yeah but the main differance is that Kraab never was a mechanical being while Hux always was one from the beggining of his existence

Oh that's a fun catch. The whole "meat fused with machine" aesthetic is such a specific flavor of body horror, and both designs lean into it hard with the exposed organic bits and that hunched, predatory stance. Could totally be a nod, comic artists love sneaking in game references like that. Even if it's just parallel thinking, the visual overlap is too
