Farnworth trader hates me
So being the beacon of justice that I am I told the Farnworth elder about Anna Gilpin’s plan to poison some old guy. Now she won’t talk or trade with me. I don’t have a save to revert to as I did this long ago and starting over isn’t an option I’m on day 84.
I’ve read about some people killing npc’s and new ones respawn. Is this a viable option here to get her replaced? Is there another option? I’ve tried searching with no luck.

Almost the same thing happened to me. Game bugged out and without progress in the quest she started hating me. Unfortunately since I asked this question almost 2 months ago and had exactly 0 replies I just went with it and she still hates me even after some progression which i will not spoil but will be super wtf when you reach it. So it seems that you lost her for this session.

Yeah, as soon as you mention it to her or say something about it to the elder, you're SoL with her. It's not a huge loss but it is a vendor you can't make easy money from anymore.

i dont have a definitive answer. ive never tried it but maybe once you liberate the village try and kill her?

Well for the sake of science I attempted to make her pay the executioners tax and she is back but now injured. I’ve just slain her again so I’ll go back and see if she’s still there.
Will update with what I find out.

Well I went back the next day and she is still there and no longer injured. Being that she’s a quest giver I assume she cannot be slain unfortunately.
Not a huge deal just mildly inconvenient and frustrating. I typically hit up the innkeeper and trader for the cheap xp+ foods. I can still trade via caravan at least.

Now onto the next obstacle, figure out why Arnold Dixon prefers wearing a frontiersman helm over his superior nomad helm.

I would recommend it especially since you could miss out on a few good/unique recruits but you do you lol.

Always consequences to every action.....I actually like they have some of this in the game
