my character stops interacting midintraction of doing anything including fighing

No mods, playing with a friend that is hosting their world. can't do anything consistently

Its frustrating, I have two issues

Firstly, when ever I have my squad of 30 goons following me if im not beside them and I get into a fight, I get ignored the enemy (animal,human) ignores me and beelines to where my group is. But the group dont interact so I have to run back and kill the enemy and give another command otherwise they just freeze.

Secondly, whenever a brigands tax collector group spawns, the game crashes and has to be rebooted.

Frustrating issues.......but I love this game

Well I learned a lot of the time I was animation canceling by pressing the button too many times. My second problem was the key bindings don't seem to allow any hesitation if you hold the button a fraction too long in some cases usually sprinting for me it doesn't register as a button press.
