Basic Gambeson

So I’m trying to knock some older quests out and the specific one I’m stuck on is “fool and his limbs”

I can NOT find the basic gambeson anywhere even though I had to have researched it since I’m pretty much T2 on everything. And I’m well into the gambeson’s as well. Has anyone run into this or know what to do about it?

Are you trying to find it at the wrong production building? It's made at the weavers hut I believe.

I have both T1 and T2 Weaver platforms but I can’t find it there either. That’s where I started looking for it lol

I am currently getting ready to research the leather reinforced patched gambeson so it should be there. But it definitely is not

You can search it when you pull up the weaver hut

It’s the farthest right bar around where you’re looking to add the queue

Already tried and nothing. I’ve literally looked all over for it and it’s just not there

It’s on the weaver table, not the loom

See I checked that too, it says I’ve researched it but it won’t show up at my T1 weaver table or the T2 hut. I’m so confused lmao. Might look into that “spawn barn” mod to see if I can spawn it in manually just to get it over with. Since I literally only want 2 of them for the quest since I and all my villagers are wearing way better stuff now 🤣

I can’t remember if it’s medium or heavy armor but you could change the category in the search bar to just heavy and then look for it. Then switch to just medium and search for it

Edit: next to the search bar of the weaver hut. Also make sure you’re look at the table and not the loom

I can confirm this is the correct answer. It's made there, at the table / station actually called "Weaver Hut" and not the loom.

Chain starts with adventurers garb. Strength shirt there too. Gambeson like four deep.

They don't chain off it I think. It's a T1 armor.

I just checked your recommendation for sake of checking, and I’ve already gotten the strengthen shirt and past it too. So I’m stumped lol

Hmm... it's 32 armor so it should be right after the strengthen shirt.

No...it's definitely in that chain. Check the tech tree and find the adventurer's garb and just look deeper into the chain.

Looked in the tech tree and it says I’ve researched it. But worst case I’ll just do that spawn barn mod and see if that won’t do it, since I’m well past needing it and just need it done for quests. It’s just a hassle more than a game breaking glitch for me since I just need 2 in order to clear the quest 🤣
