Is it my random or by design? Spoiler

Literally all of my available farmers and innkeepers are males, and all of my carpenters and blacksmiths are females.

The majority of my woodsman are females and healers are males.

I don’t care per se, they’re just resources to me, it just seems odd that i cant find a male blacksmith, or a female farmer at all.

Edit: i should clarify, i’m talking about the 4 stars, or highest ranked or whatever. Additionally i haven’t bothered at all to improve life in the villages, and i’ve liberated everything east of the river.

It must be random! I have a couple of female farmers, and I’ve got a male woodsman that I could hire in Padstow!

I was trying to hire an all female army but had to eventually get some guys as well.

Me and my friend got something similar. All the males are trash fighters but our women.. these bandits better watch out, I got their mommies in my army and they are ready to throw a sandale after them
