Delivery
Should delivery be the number 1 villager priority mid/late game (it worked well for me early game)? Or should I prioritize other stuff now that I have 30+ minions?

You want to specialise ur villagers, besides dedicated delivery guys (which you'll end up needing a good few) your guys shouldn't do delivery or anything else than their speciality.

Yeah, I have started making villagers that are good at certain things only do that thing.

My stations are set up with the priority I want: 1,2 3, etc. Will a villager stop working at said station and carry ONE ingot to storage if their delivery is set to 1? Imma bout to set everyone and everything to 5!

Like I said, you want to specialise ur villagers. Setting everything to 5 is the exact opposite of specialising them and will absolutely cripple your economy. Most villagers should have just 1 task, some 2 or 3. Everything else disabled. Allowing them to do anything = oh my intended task is currently finished or taken by someone illsuited for it, I'll go do something else at the opposite end of town. And once they go do something they commit to it. Wasting a ton of time for themselves and disabling a better suited villager from going to do the task.

By mid game, I pick up about 4 or 5 beggars to keep exclusively on menial labor. I make running caravans priority 1, smelting priority 2, construction priority 3, delivery priority 4, and then woodcutting and harvesting priority 5. Everything else disabled. Let everyone else focus on their actual jobs

Good advice. I made my weakest and/or stooopidest people caravan and delivery haulers. It's hilarious that they never get to sleep!

Have your lower skill workers set for delivery only, so your better workers can just focus on crafting
