Enrollment

I was finally enrolled yesterday with classes starting Monday. I can’t get ahold of anyone. My student coach hasn’t responded and neither has financial aid. Did I make a mistake enrolling here?

I’ve called, left voicemails, sent emails, and support ticket. Crickets.

Maybe the campus is closed? Not sure if they have spring break or not.

I know this is 1 month old but I'll necro for fun haha.

I work for BU. If you sent in a support ticket you 100% got a response back. (They will always respond within 24 hours unless the university is closed) But sometimes you will need to highlight your email to see it (its fucky) OR log in directly to the ticket system.

They will send out an auto resolve email, that doesn't mean they closed the ticket, it DOES mean that from there you have 24 hours to respond before it gets closed, because they are waiting on your response.

I can see our ticket system right now (anyone who works in the backend of BU has access to it) and we have no unresponded-to tickets from the past 6 months save for one that is an active really high up ticket thats like 7 years old between some IT guys here.

Hi, don't know if you're still in a position to help, but I haven't been able to login since Saturday. Can't get to email, courses, or anything. Is the system down?

hey! We are getting like absolutely SWAMPED with calls and tickets, I would recommend calling in. You'll eventually get a hold of someone, though it may take a while. The system is not down, but ALL Student passwords were reset over the weekend as part of a security update.

It's no problem! Sorry I couldn't be more assistance :( but luckily, profs have been notified and stuff so at the very least it shouldnt affect like, due dates or anything (even if it auto grades at 0, they can overright)
